Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn, an American actor from the United States. Her best-known role is Skyler White on the AMC drama Breaking Bad, for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 as well as 2014 in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actress in an Drama Series. Her other roles are Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Anna Gunn began acting as a child in Sante Fe New Mexico. Her family then moved to Ohio and she continued her love of the theatre. She did theatre studies at Northwestern University, and spent an entire semester at the British American Drama Academy. Anna had a brief stint working in Chicago theatre before moving on to TV and film roles. Anna was chosen to play Arden in the TV show Down the Shore in the 29-episode show Down the Shore. She also guest-starred on the show. appeared in Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. It was only in the latter part of 1990 that she took on a role in The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood in two full seasons. Skyler was Her Breaking Bad role from 2008. Sully as well as Deadwood was also an integral the highlights of her work. Gunn was also on the stage for David Schwimmer's show Sex With Strangers. In 2022 the actress also was a part of a four-part audio play podcast called"Numbered Days. Breaking Bad often revolves around Walter White and Skyler's relationship. The strains and eventual ending mirrors the last seasons of Walter White.
